欢迎使用「开练」（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用由独立开发者 xpzeng001@gmail.com 开发并通过 Apple App Store 分发。当你下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并接受以下条款。

一、使用许可

本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的担保。开发者授予你在 Apple 终端用户许可协议（EULA）框架下、个人非商业使用本应用的非独占许可。

二、内购与订阅

年度订阅（自动续费）：订阅期满前 24 小时内，Apple 会按当时的标准价格自动续期，除非你在到期前 24 小时以上关闭自动续费。
终身解锁（一次性购买）：一次扣款，永久解锁高级版功能（在本应用持续提供服务的前提下）。
所有费用通过你的 Apple ID 扣款。如需取消订阅或申请退款，请前往「系统设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」或联系 Apple 支持。
开发者无法直接处理退款，所有退款由 Apple 按其退款政策处理。

三、免费试用

新用户首次启动本应用后享有 7 天高级版免费试用。试用期间无需任何支付信息，到期后自动恢复为免费版本，不会自动扣款。如需在试用期结束后继续使用高级功能，请通过应用内"开启高级版"按钮主动订阅或购买。

四、健康与安全免责

重要：本应用提供的训练计划、热量估算、1RM 计算、体脂分级等功能，仅供参考与自我记录，不构成医学、营养或专业健身指导。

开始任何训练计划前请咨询合资格的医生或健身教练，并根据自身身体状况量力而行。开发者不对因使用本应用造成的任何身体伤害、健康问题或财产损失承担责任。

五、用户数据

你在 app 中创建的所有训练记录、身材数据等内容归你本人所有。开发者无法访问你的本地数据或 iCloud 同步数据。具体见《隐私政策》。

六、责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者对本应用的可用性、准确性、不间断性不作保证，亦不对任何直接或间接损失承担责任。

七、条款变更

开发者保留随时修改本条款的权利，更新版本将发布在本页面，并以页面顶部的"生效日期"为准。

八、适用法律

本条款的解释与执行适用中华人民共和国法律。

Welcome to "TrainUp / 开练" (the "App"). The App is developed by an independent developer reachable at xpzeng001@gmail.com and distributed through Apple's App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to the terms below.

1. License

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under Apple's standard EULA.

2. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Yearly subscription (auto-renewing): Apple charges your Apple ID at the then-current price 24 hours before each renewal unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Lifetime unlock (one-time purchase): A single charge unlocks Premium features for the lifetime of the App's continued availability.
All charges are billed through your Apple ID. To cancel a subscription or request a refund, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or contact Apple Support.
The developer cannot process refunds directly; all refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

3. Free trial

New users receive a 7-day Premium free trial on first launch. No payment information is required. After the trial ends, the app reverts to the free tier — no charge will be made automatically. To keep using Premium features after the trial, tap "Subscribe" / "Get Premium" in the app to start a paid subscription or purchase.

4. Health and safety disclaimer

Important: Training plans, calorie estimates, 1RM calculators, body-fat tiers and similar features in the App are for informational and self-tracking purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional fitness advice.

Consult a qualified physician or fitness professional before beginning any training program, and exercise within your own physical limits. The developer is not liable for any injury, health issue, or loss arising from your use of the App.

5. Your data

All workout records and body measurements you create in the App belong to you. The developer cannot access your local data or iCloud-synced data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranties about availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the App, and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages.

7. Changes

The developer may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page; the "Effective date" at the top will be updated accordingly.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
