「开练」（以下简称"本应用"）由独立开发者 xpzeng001@gmail.com 开发并维护。我们非常重视你的隐私，本政策说明本应用如何处理你的数据。

一、我们收集了什么

本应用不收集任何个人身份信息，不集成任何第三方分析、追踪或广告 SDK。

你在 app 内输入的训练记录、身材数据、设置偏好等内容，仅保存在你的设备本地。我们没有服务器，也无法访问你的任何数据。

二、iCloud 同步（高级版用户）

若你是高级版（Pro）用户，本应用会使用 Apple 提供的 iCloud Key-Value Store 在你登录同一个 Apple ID 的设备之间同步训练记录与设置。

这部分数据存储在你自己的 iCloud 账号下，由 Apple 加密管理，开发者无法访问。可在「系统设置 → Apple ID → iCloud」中关闭。

三、好友互相监督（可选功能）

当你主动添加好友后，本应用会通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 公共数据库与你的好友共享以下信息：

• 训练日期、训练时长、消耗卡路里、训练类型名称
• 你在 app 内自行设置的显示名（默认是设备名，可在「工具 → 好友互相监督」里修改；好友看到的就是这个名字）
• 当你点击"提醒 TA"按钮时，向好友设备发送一条推送通知（包含你的显示名）

不会共享你的真实姓名、手机号、邮箱、身材数据或体重。

身份识别使用 Apple 自动分配的 iCloud 用户标识（CKUserRecordID），开发者也看不到你是谁。你随时可在「工具 → 好友互相监督」里移除好友，对应的共享将立即停止；对方设备上已收到的推送通知不在本应用控制范围内。

四、内购与订阅

本应用通过 Apple App Store 提供内购（年度订阅与终身解锁）。所有支付流程由 Apple 处理，本应用不接触你的支付信息、信用卡或 Apple ID。

五、儿童隐私

本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计，且不收集任何用户数据。

六、政策变更

若本政策有修订，更新版本将发布在本页面，并以页面顶部的"生效日期"为准。

"TrainUp / 开练" (the "App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer reachable at xpzeng001@gmail.com. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your data.

1. What we collect

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. It contains no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Any workout records, body measurements, or preferences you enter are stored locally on your device only. We operate no servers and cannot access your data.

2. iCloud sync (Premium users)

If you have a Premium (Pro) subscription, the App uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store to sync workout records and settings across devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

This data is stored under your iCloud account, encrypted and managed by Apple. The developer cannot access it. You may disable iCloud sync any time under Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.

3. Friend mutual supervision (optional)

If you add a friend, the App shares the following with that friend through Apple's CloudKit public database:

• Workout date, duration, calories burned, and exercise category name
• The display name you set inside the App (defaults to your device name; editable under Tools → Friend Mutual Supervision; this is what friends see)
• When you tap the "Remind your friend" button, a push notification is sent to that friend's device (containing your display name)

We do not share your real name, phone number, email, body measurements, or weight.

Identity is the iCloud user record (CKUserRecordID) Apple assigns automatically; the developer cannot identify who you are. Remove a friend any time from Tools → Friend Mutual Supervision and the sharing stops immediately. Push notifications already received on the friend's device are outside the App's control.

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases (yearly subscription and lifetime unlock) are processed by Apple via the App Store. The App never sees your payment details, credit card, or Apple ID.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and collects no user data.

6. Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page; the "Effective date" at the top will be revised accordingly.
