LiveMagic（以下简称"本应用"）尊重并保护所有用户的个人隐私。本政策说明本应用如何处理你的信息。

LiveMagic ("the App") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

1. 本应用收集哪些信息

What Information We Collect

本应用不收集、不上传、不存储你的任何个人信息到服务器。所有视频、图片、编辑操作均在你的设备本地完成。

The App does not collect, upload, or store any personal information on any server. All video and image processing happens locally on your device.

2. 权限使用说明

Permissions

相册访问 / Photo Library

• 读取：用于让你选择要转换为实况照片的视频。
• 写入：用于将生成的实况照片 / GIF 保存回你的相册。
• 选择的视频仅在你本次操作期间临时加载到内存，不会离开你的设备。

• Read: to let you select videos for conversion.
• Write: to save the generated Live Photos / GIFs back to your library.
• Selected media is only processed in-memory during your session and never leaves your device.

3. 订阅与付款

Subscriptions & Payments

本应用的订阅（月度会员、年度会员）完全通过 Apple 的 App Store 处理。我们不接收、不存储你的 Apple ID、支付信息或信用卡号。订阅交易受 Apple 隐私政策 约束。

All subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your Apple ID, payment details, or card numbers. Transactions are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. 第三方服务

Third-party Services

本应用不集成任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK（如 Firebase、Google Analytics、Facebook SDK 等）。

The App integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.).

5. 儿童隐私

Children's Privacy

本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. 数据安全

Data Security

由于所有处理均在本地完成，你的视频和图片受到 iOS 系统自身沙箱机制的保护，不存在远程泄露风险。

Since all processing is local, your media is protected by iOS's sandboxing and is not exposed to any remote risk.
